“大思政”格局下高职院校改革劳动教育的实践

摘　　要：“大思政”格局下高职院校积极推进劳动教育改革,能够落实立德树人根本任务,有效拓展思政教育的方法和路径,引导学生形成正确的劳动价值取向,助力职业教育高质量发展。然而,当前社会整体缺乏对高职院校劳动教育的正确认识,高职院校劳动教育课程和队伍不健全,保障体制不完善,导致劳动教育效果不佳。因此,高职院校应当基于“大思政”格局,积极宣传劳动教育的重要性,完善课程体系与育人队伍,建立健全保障体系,营造劳动教育文化氛围,充分发挥劳动教育在高职院校人才培养中的重要作用。Under the"Great Ideological and Political"pattern,higher vocational colleges actively promote the reform of labor education,which can implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,effectively expand the methods and paths of ideological and political education,guide students to form correct labor value orientation,and promote higher vocational education to build a talent system that meets the needs of national and social development.However,the current society as a whole lacks a correct understanding of the labor education in higher vocational colleges.The labor education curriculum and team in higher vocational colleges are not perfect,and the security system is not perfect,leading to the poor effect of labor education.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should actively publicize the importance of labor education,improve the curriculum system and education team,establish a sound security system,create a cultural atmosphere of labor education,and give full play to the key role of labor education in talent training in higher vocational colleges based on the pattern of"big thinking".
