职教集团校企合作紧密性不足的表现及对策

摘　　要：紧密的校企合作是职教集团所追求的重要目标。当前职教集团校企合作取得了积极进展,但还存在合作层次不深、合作形式单一、体制机制建设滞后、资源整合能力不足、文化建设缺位等问题,制约了校企更紧密的合作。促进职教集团校企紧密合作,在实践中需要辩证处理好教育公益性与资本逐利性、一般合作与紧密合作、具体项目合作与资源整合、合作内容与合作形式载体、实体合作与文化融合的关系。Close college-enterprise cooperation is an important goal pursued by vocational education groups.At present,vocational education groups have made positive progress in college-enterprise cooperation,but there are still problems such as the shallow level and single form of cooperation,lagging system and mechanism construction,insufficient resource integration capabilities and lack of cultural construction,which restrict the closer college-enterprise cooperation.Therefore,to promote this close cooperation in vocational education groups,it is necessary to dialectically deal with the relationship between the public welfare of education and the profit-seeking of capital,the general cooperation and close cooperation,the cooperation and resource integration of specific projects,the cooperation content and form,and the entity cooperation and cultural integration in practice.
