摘 要:以溶剂挥发法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微胶囊作为胆甾相液晶(CLC)的载体,通过调节液晶中手性剂的含量,可以实现红、绿、蓝三种结构色。本研究探讨了芯材与壁材的质量比、乳化搅拌速度对微胶囊形貌、尺寸及结构色等性质的影响。在此基础上,通过在CLC中掺杂三线态-三线态湮灭上转换(TTA-UC)有机染料分子,包括光敏剂八乙基卟啉铂(PtOEP)与湮灭剂9,10-二苯基蒽(DPA),可以使微胶囊在532nm连续激光的激发下实现蓝色上转换发光;也可通过仅掺杂DPA在紫外激发下实现蓝色荧光发射。该微胶囊可利用喷涂方法实现图案化制备并应用于多模防伪,通过将CLC结构色、紫外激发荧光以及绿色激光激发上转换发光三种模式相结合,可以在同一图案中获得三种不同的显色/发光效果。这一多功能微胶囊技术在防伪包装领域具有良好的应用前景。Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)microcapsules were fabricated by a solvent evaporation method as the carrier of cholesteric liquid crystal(CLC).Three types of structural colors,red,green and blue,were obtained by controlling the content of chiral dopant in CLC.The influences of core/wall material mass ratio,emulsifying and stirring speed on the morphology,size,structural color and other properties were investigated in this study.Moreover,by doping organic dye molecules of triplet-triplet annihilation upconversion(TTA-UC)system,including the sensitizer Platinum octaethylporphyrin(PtOEP)and the annihilator 9,10-diphenylanthracene(DPA),the microcapsules could achieve blue UC emission under the excitation of a 532nm continuous wave laser,and blue fluorescence could also be achieved under the excitation of ultraviolet(UV)light by doping DPA only.The microcapsules could be patterned through a spray coating method and applied for multimode anticounterfeiting by the combination of CLC structural color,UV excited fluorescent emission and green laser excited UC emission,which could display three different types of colored or luminescent patterns.This multi-function microcapsule technology shows a promising prospect in the field of anticounterfeiting packaging.
