摘　　要：随着当今世界互联网络的迅猛发展,网络在人们现实生活中的地位已是日益凸显,青少年已经成为我国网民的重要组成部分。本文汇总了不同针对青少年网络心理问题的理论及对策,较清晰地呈现了多方面的辅导方案,为后续的网络心理研究奠定了理论基础。汇总的网络成瘾、网络心理危机等研究为广大心理健康教育者在今后的网络心理问题处理与干预中提供必要的干预技术支撑。With the rapid development of the Internet in today's world,the position of the Internet in people's real life has become increasingly prominent,and adolescents have become an important part of China's Internet users.This paper summarizes different theories and countermeasures for adolescents'cyberpsychological problems,and presents more clearly various counseling programs,laying a theoretical foundation for the subsequent cyberpsychological research.The aggregated studies on cyber addiction and cyber psychological crisis provide the necessary technical support for mental health educators to intervene in the future treatment and intervention of cyber psychological problems.
