住院医师规范化培训中科研能力的培养

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生从医学院走向临床工作的一个必经阶段,是医师个人成长与发展的加速阶段。当前的医疗环境需要临床与科研能力俱佳的复合型人才,而科研培训制度存在很多问题,住院医师自身也存在很大的不足。科研培训时间不足、科研培训目标不明确、缺乏科研考核及奖励细则、缺乏科研带教老师以及住院医师的科研意识薄弱等都是当前全国范围内住院医师规范化培训中科研能力培养的现状及普遍存在的问题。本文就当前住院医师科研能力培养中的问题进行阐述并探讨提高住院医师科研能力的方法及对策,包括健全导师制度、保证住院医师的科研培训时间、设置合理的科研培训课程、设置合理的科研考核及奖励制度、设立科研基金及提升住院医师的科研主动性,以期提高住院医师的科研能力和素养,为社会输送复合型的医学人才。The standardized training of resident physicians is a necessary stage for medical students to go from medical school to clinical work, and it is an accelerated stage for the personal growth and development of physicians. The current medical environment requires interdisciplinary talents with excellent clinical and scientific research capabilities. However, there are many problems in the scientific research training system, and the residents themselves also have great deficiencies.Insufficient scientific research training time, unclear scientific research training objectives, lack of scientific research assessment and reward rules, lack of scientific research teaching teachers, and weak scientific research awareness of residents are the current situation and common problems of scientific research ability training in the standardized training of residents across the country.This article expounds on the current problems in the cultivation of residents’ scientific research ability and discusses the methods and countermeasures to improve the residents’ scientific research ability, including improving the mentor system,guaranteeing the scientific research training time of residents, setting up reasonable scientific research training courses, setting up a reasonable scientific research assessment and reward system, setting up scientific research funds and enhancing the research initiative of residents, in order to improve the scientific research ability and literacy of resident physicians and deliver compound medical talents to the society.
