摘 要:现代工业中,航空航天、国防工业等应用的零件要求较高且大多造价高昂、备件少,对其进行缺陷检测和快速修复具有重要的经济意义。本文提出一种三维扫描和激光熔覆相结合的方法,对型面零件进行修复研究。首先,通过三维扫描获取型面零件的缺陷区域点云,然后进行数字化处理求取缺陷部分的数学模型,最后使用工业机器人结合激光熔覆技术进行区域缺陷修复。实验结果表明,该方法可以用于复杂型面的精密修复加工。In modern industry, components used in the aerospace and defense industries have high requirements and they are mostly expensive and have few spare parts. It is of great economic significance to carry out defect detection and rapid repair. A method of combining 3D scanning with laser cladding was proposed for the study of profile parts repair. Firstly, the defect area point cloud of the profile parts is obtained through 3D scanning, then digital processing is performed to obtain the mathematical model of the defect part, finally an industrial robot combining laser cladding technology is used to repair regional defects. The experimental results show that this method can be used for precise repairing of complex profiles.
