摘 要:作为东南亚地区的重要区域性合作组织,东盟长期致力于推动地区广泛交流合作和运转效能提升,为各成员国实现经济转型、社会进步、教育合作、人才培养等多方面发展提供良策并发挥引领作用,现已成为影响亚太并辐射全球的力量。目前,东盟正着力推动数字化转型发展和促进公民数字能力提升,以适应全球数字时代的发展趋势和现实需求。与此同时,东盟充分依托周边睦邻友好关系和顶层合作机制,持续深化区域间教育交流合作,并注重依托国际组织的广泛力量,助力地区教育事业建设发展。As an important regional cooperation organization in Southeast Asia,the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN)has long been committed to promoting comprehensive regional exchanges and enhancing operational effectiveness,providing sound policies and playing a leading role in economic transformation,social progress,educational cooperation,talent training and other developments of its member countries.ASEAN has become a prominent force influencing the Asia-Pacific region and radiating around the world.Today,ASEAN is making efforts to promote digital transformation and strengthen the digital competence of citizens to meet the growing trend and realistic needs in the global digital era.At the same time,relying on good neighborly relations and top-level cooperation mechanisms,ASEAN has continued to deepen inter-regional educational exchanges;as well as,relying on the comprehensive strength of international organizations to contribute to the educational development of the region.
