摘  要:目的探讨虚拟仿真实验教学平台在急诊低年资护士临床技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月—2020年2月32名急诊科低年资护士作为观察组;选取2014年3月—2017年2月34名急诊科低年资护士作为对照组。对照组采用常规急诊科培训方式,观察组在对照组基础上引入虚拟仿真实验教学平台。分别比较两组急诊低年资护士考核成绩(基础理论成绩、实践技能成绩)以及急救能力(学习主动性、临床思维、临床技能操作、急救意识、团队合作、沟通技巧)。结果观察组急诊低年资护士基础理论和实践技能成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组急诊低年资护士在“学习主动性、临床思维、临床技能操作、急救意识、团队合作、沟通技巧”方面的评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将虚拟仿真实验教学平台引入急诊低年资护士的临床技能培训当中,有助于加深护士对基础理论知识的理解,提高护士的急诊实践操作水平,使护士的急救能力得到有效提升。Objective To explore the application effect of virtual simulation experiment teaching platform in clinical skill training of emergency junior nurses.Methods To select 32 junior nurses in the emergency department from March 2017 to February 2020 as an observation group;34 junior nurses in the emergency department from March 2014 to February 2017 were selected as a control group.The control group was trained in the routine emergency department,while the observation group introduced a virtual simulation experiment teaching platform on the basis of the control group.The examination results(basic theory scores,practical skills scores)and first-aid ability(learning initiative,clinical thinking,clinical skills operation,first-aid awareness,team cooperation,communication skills)of the two groups of emergency junior nurses were compared.Results The basic theory score and practical skills score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of''learning initiative,clinical thinking,clinical skills operation,first-aid awareness,team cooperation and communication skills''in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of virtual simulation experiment teaching platform into the clinical skill training of junior emergency nurses will help deepen nurses'understanding of basic theoretical knowledge,improve nurses'emergency practice and operation level,and effectively improve nurses'emergency ability.
