摘 要:目的:研究番石榴叶等7种植物叶经不同溶剂提取所得多糖含量的高低。方法:通过水提法、醇提法分别制备番石榴叶、柚子叶、柿子叶、杨桃叶、龙眼叶、黄皮叶和桃叶的多糖,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定各植物叶经提取的多糖含量。结果:水提法制备的番石榴叶、柚子叶、柿子叶、杨桃叶、龙眼叶、黄皮叶和桃叶的多糖含量分别为60.07 mg·g^(-1)、50.42 mg·g^(-1)、18.50 mg·g^(-1)、43.43 mg·g^(-1)、54.60 mg·g^(-1)、52.85 mg·g^(-1)和38.11 mg·g^(-1);醇提法制备的番石榴叶、柚子叶、柿子叶、杨桃叶、龙眼叶、黄皮叶和桃叶的多糖含量分别为42.64 mg·g^(-1)、37.42 mg·g^(-1)、11.19 mg·g^(-1)、29.21 mg·g^(-1)、29.97 mg·g^(-1)、38.66 mg·g^(-1)和27.09 mg·g^(-1)。结论:不同品种植物叶的多糖含量具有差异性,其中多糖含量高低顺序依次为番石榴叶>龙眼叶>黄皮叶>柚子叶>杨桃叶>桃叶>柿子叶。同时,水提法所制得的多糖含量明显高于醇提法。Objective:The content of polysaccharides extracted from 7 kinds of plant leaves,such as guava leaves,by different solvents was studied.Method:Polysaccharides from guava leaves,pomelo leaves,persimmon leaves,carambola leaves,longan leaves,wampee leaves and peach leaves were separately prepared by water and alcohol extraction methods,and the content of polysaccharides in these leaves was determined by phenol sulfuric acid method.Result:The polysaccharide content of guava leaves,pomelo leaves,persimmon leaves,carambola leaves,longan leaves,wampee leaves and peach leaves prepared by water extraction method were 60.07 mg·g^(-1),50.42 mg·g^(-1),18.50 mg·g^(-1),43.43 mg·g^(-1),54.60 mg·g^(-1),52.85 mg·g^(-1),38.11 mg·g^(-1),respectively.And the polysaccharide contents of guava leaves,pomelo leaves,persimmon leaves,carambola leaves,longan leaves,wampee leaves and peach leaves prepared by alcohol extraction method were 42.64 mg·g^(-1),37.42 mg·g^(-1),11.19 mg·g^(-1),29.21 mg·g^(-1),29.97 mg·g^(-1),38.66 mg·g^(-1) and 27.09 mg·g^(-1).Conclusion:The content of polysaccharides in leaves of different varieties of plants was different,and the order of polysaccharide content was guava leaf>longan leaf>wampee leaf>pomelo leaf>poplar leaf>peach leaf>persimmon leaf.At the same time,the content of polysaccharide prepared by water extraction method was significantly higher than that by alcohol extraction method.
