摘 要:目的探讨我国护理专业案例教学研究现状与发展趋势,为护理专业开展案例教学提供借鉴与指导。方法以万方和中国知网为数据源,运用Cite Space软件可视化分析1993年1月—2022年3月护理专业案例教学研究现状及其趋势。结果共提取到2878篇有效文献,发文量处于快速上升阶段,《卫生职业教育》载文量最多(215篇),尚未形成核心期刊,基金支持占10.67%,形成了以魏志名、吴伟、伊晓峰和郭大英为代表的高产作者群体,核心作者群和机构群尚未形成,研究热点主要集中在教学方法、问题式学习(PBL)、护理带教、教学效果、应用效果、情景模拟、临床带教和教学改革,高频关键词形成了11个聚类,研究前沿主要集中在教学方法、PBL、护理带教、教学效果、应用效果、情景模拟、临床带教和教学改革。结论近年来护理专业案例教学受到了护理教育者的重视,核心作者和核心机构群尚未形成,研究质量有待进一步提升。Objective To understand the current research situation and development trend of case teaching of nursing specialty in China,and to provide reference and guidance for carrying out case teaching of nursing professional.Methods Taking Wanfang and CNKI as data sources,Citespace software was used to visually analyze the current situation and trends of case teaching research of nursing specialty from January 1993 to March 2021.Results A total of 2878 valid documents were extracted,and the number of published papers was in the stage of rapid increase.The number of papers about"Health Vocational Education"was the most(215 papers).The core journal has not yet formed.Fund support accounted for 10.67%.The high-yield author group represented by Wei Zhiming,Wu Wei,Yi Xiaofeng and Guo Daying,however,the core author group and institutional group have not yet been formed.The research hotspot mainly focused on teaching methods,problem based learning(PBL),nursing teaching,teaching effect,application effect,scenario simulation,clinical teaching,teaching reform.High-frequency keywords formed 11 clusters,and the research fronts mainly focus on teaching methods,PBL,nursing teaching,teaching effect,application effect,scenario simulation,clinical teaching,and teaching reform.Conclusions In recent years,nursing professional case teaching has attracted the attention of nursing educators.The core authors and core institutions have not yet been formed,and the research quality needs to be further improved.
