混合教学中教学资源有效利用的关键因素分析

摘　　要：混合教学通过线上教学平台将线上教学资源与课堂教学资源有机结合,不仅改变了教师的授课方式,也改变了学生的学习方式,让“被动学习”走向“能动学习”。混合教学模式丰富教学资源的同时,对教学资源的有效利用提出了更高的要求。通过对混合教学模式下教学资源类型界定、教学资源使用情景分析,结合陈设设计课程教学实践,总结教学资源有效利用的程度与课程教学目标、课堂教学活动、教学组织与管理以及教师教学能力等均有关系,几者共同促进有效教学的生成,对教学资源有效利用产生关键性影响。Blended teaching combines online and classroom teaching resources through an online platform,changing not only the way teachers teach,but also the way students learn,promoting active learning over passive learning.While blended teaching enriches teaching resources,it also demands effective use of these resources.By defining types of teaching resources and analyzing their usage scenarios in blended teaching,and by combining with practical courses in design and furnishing,the paper concludes that effective use of teaching resources depends on teaching objectives,classroom activities,teaching organization and management,and teachers'abilities,all contributing to effective teaching and having a key influence on the effective use of teaching resources.
