摘　　要：近年来我国装备制造业得到了快速发展,装备制造企业面临着升级改造,企业对机电类专业人才需求标准发生了变化,为了满足企业人才需求,学校在人才培养过程深化产教融合,按照企业需求培养专业技术人才是必然的选择。本文就川东革命老区产教融合现状进行了分析,对职业院校开展产教融合进行了构思,并对校企双方实施深度产教融合的措施进行了说明。该文相关知识内容,可以为相关职业院校开展校企深度融合做理论支撑。In recent years,China's equipment manufacturing industry has been developed rapidly.Equipment manufacturing enterprises are facing upgrading and transformation,and enterprises for mechanical and electrical professional talent demand standards have changed,in order to meet the needs of enterprise talents.The school in the talent training process to deepen the integration of industry and education,according to the needs of enterprises to train professional and technical personnel is an inevitable choice.This paper analyzes the current situation of industry-education integration in the old revolutionary area of eastern Sichuan,conceives the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,and explains the measures for the implementation of deep integration of industry and education by both schools and enterprises.The relevant knowledge content of this paper can provide theoretical support for the in-depth integration of schools and enterprises in relevant vocational colleges.
