摘 要:以浙江省4个城市10所小学的数学教师为研究对象,从教师专业素养的专业情意、专业知识和专业能力3个维度出发,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式,探究基于数学核心素养的小学数学教师专业素养的内涵、现状和影响因素,并给出有效的提升策略:改革区县教研,深化培育价值,调动学校资源,促进发展多元化,借力学习共同体,平衡素养发展,更新教育观念,倾听每位学生.Taking mathematics teachers from 10 primary schools in 4 cities of Zhejiang Province as the research object,this paper explored the connotation,current situation and influencing factors of primary school mathematics teachers’professional literacy based on core literacy of mathematics by means of questionnaire survey and interview from three dimensions of professional affection,professional knowledge,and professional ability of teachers’professional literacy,and put forward effective improvement strategies,including reforming district and county teaching and research,deepening the cultivation value;mobilizing school resources to promote diversification of development;taking advantage of the learning community to balance the development of literacy;and renewing education concept and listening to each student.
