混合现实远程教育模式在口腔黏膜病学本科教学中的应用思考

摘　　要：远程医学教育体系是借助5G通信、智能手机和信息化等技术,实现文字、语音、医学影像等数据的准确传输,从而完成医、教、研服务的平台系统。混合现实(mixed reality, MR)技术是一种具有虚实融合、实时交互、三维场景等特征的全新数字影像技术,在医学教育领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。然而在口腔医学教学中,鲜有将MR技术与远程医学教育体系相结合的成功实践。本文以口腔黏膜病学教学为例,探索一种基于MR技术的远程医学教育模式,并论述该模式在口腔黏膜病教学过程中的实施方式、核心优势和应用前景,以期促进新时期口腔医学教学的信息化和现代化,提升教学质量和效果。Distance medical education system is a platform system that realizes the accurate transmission of text, voice, medical image and video data with the help of 5G communication technology, smart phone and information technology, so as to complete medical, teaching and research services.Mixed reality technology is a new digital imaging technology with the characteristics of virtual and real fusion, real-time interaction, 3D scene and so on, showing great application potential in the field of medical education.However, in Stomatology teaching, there are few successful practices that combine mixed reality technology with distance medical education system.Based on diseases of the oral mucosa teaching as an example, this paper explore a kind of mixed reality technology based remote medical education mode, and discusses the model in the process of diseases of the oral mucosa teaching implementation way, core advantages and application prospect, in order to promote the modernization and information of oral medicine teaching in the new period, improve the teaching quality and effect.
