摘　　要：本文将心理健康教育突出再现课堂中的主体定位,将思想政治融入教学,并以两者规划为成长的必经之路。提高教学质量,真正体现优势互补,增用体系制度,加强自我认知与定位。将大学生课程思政与心理健康教育工作有机结合,推动高校思政教育、心理健康教育与课堂教学改革各个层面、各个环节的有效交融,以达到潜移默化的目的。同时,两者的融合会更加关注到学生教育接纳过程中的主观感受,进而实现对学生的有效启迪。This paper highlights mental health education in the classroom,integrates ideology and politics into teaching,and plans both as a necessary path to growth so as to improve the quality of teaching,truly reflect the complementary advantages,increase the use of the system,and strengthen self-awareness and orientation.With organic combination of college students'course ideological and political and mental health education,and effective integration of college mental health education and classroom teaching reform at all levels,the purpose of education under imperceptible influence can better achieved.In the meanwhile,the integration of the two will pay more attention to the subjective feelings of students in the process of education acceptance,and then realize the effective enlightenment of students.
