摘  要:文章以课岗对接为落脚点,首先介绍了课岗对接的理论依据、内容和现实意义,其次分析了常规课程教学所存在不足及原因,包括学生基础差、选材选用不当等,再次结合汽车电工电子技术,围绕教学改革措施展开了讨论,指出要想使教学活动取得理想成效,不仅要优化教学方法,还要明确教学重点,赋予实训活动更良好的趣味性,同时对考核机制进行改革,最后归纳了教学改革的创新之处,供相关人员参考。This paper takes the docking of courses and posts as the foothold, first introduces the theoretical basis, content and practical significance of the docking of courses, then analyzes the shortcomings and reasons of regular course teaching, including poor student foundation, improper selection of materials, etc., and again combines automotive electrical and electronic technology to discuss teaching reform measures. The paper points out that in order to achieve ideal results in teaching activities, it is necessary not only to optimize teaching methods, but also to clarify teaching priorities, give practical training activities better interest, and reform the assessment mechanism. Finally, the innovations of teaching reform are summarized for the reference of relevant personnel.
