中职汽车专业教学中工学结合的应用研究

摘　　要：中职学校需要紧跟社会发展,培养实用型人才。就汽车专业而言,采用工学结合的教学模式,可以让教学充分结合汽车领域的实际发展需求,将汽车领域的工作与教学充分结合,让学生掌握扎实的理论知识,同时也能够在企业实践中锻炼实操能力。然而,在实际教学中,大部分中职学校并没有充分发挥工学结合的优势和特点。影响人才培养质量、基于此,本文就中职汽车专业教学中工学结合的应用展开探究,旨在与广大教师共同探讨提高人才培养质量的策略。Secondary vocational schools need to keep up with social development and cultivate practical talents. As far as the automotive major is concerned, the teaching mode combining engineering and learning can fully combine the actual development needs of the automotive field, fully combine the work and teaching in the automotive field, and enable students to master solid theoretical knowledge and exercise practical operation ability in enterprise practice. However, in actual teaching, most secondary vocational schools do not give full play to the advantages and characteristics of the combination of engineering and learning. Based on the influence on the quality of talent training, this paper explores the application of the combination of engineering and learning in the teaching of secondary vocational automobiles, aiming to discuss strategies to improve the quality of talent training with teachers.
