摘　　要：“交通强国”、“一带一路”等战略的实施促进了交通运输行业的快速发展,新形势、新机遇、新挑战要求交通运输人才具备更广阔的视野,多学科知识储备。本文首先分析现有的人才培养方案存在的问题,然后探讨交通运输人才的培养策略,最后提出具有农业院校特色的交通运输人才培养模式。The implementation of strategies such as“Transportation Power”and“One Belt,One Road”has promoted the rapid development of the transportation industry.The new situation,new opportunities and new challenges require transportation talents to have a broader vision and multidisciplinary knowledge reserve.This paper first analyzes the existing talent training programs,then discusses the training strategies of transportation talents,and finally proposes a transportation talent training model with the characteristics of agricultural colleges.
