摘 要:为提升学生英语能力,一些大学多采取大纲或课程设置、建立自主学习中心和利用多媒体等手段来提升英语自主学习能力,而开展元认知策略培训的相关研究却比较少,将元认知策略作为出发点来开展大学英语教学,可以有效提升学生的英语自主学习能力,进一步提高大学英语教学质量。文章先对元认知策略及自主学习能力的相关概念进行论述,并对元认知策略培训用于提高大学英语自主学习能力的研究进行设计,最后就研究结果进行探讨,以供相关人员参考。Syllabus or curriculum setting, autonomous learning center’s establishing, and multimedia application are used to improve students’ English autonomous learning ability in colleges. However, there is less research on metacognitive strategy training. Taking metacognitive strategies as a starting point to carry out college English teaching can effectively improve students’ English autonomous learning ability, and further promote the quality of college English teaching. This paper first discusses the related concepts of metacognitive strategies and autonomous learning ability, and then designs the research design of metacognitive strategy training for improving college English autonomous learning ability, finally, the research results are discussed for reference.
