摘　　要：大力加强辅导员工作,是当前社会和高校发展的重大课题之一。对新时代辅导员工作的研究除了需要纵深的推进,还需要进行战略性重构和融合研究。文章认为,首先,要全面认识辅导员之“辅”的深刻内涵,不断推进其“辅助”作用的高效发挥;其次,在深刻认识辅导员之“辅”的职能作用的基础上,有效掌握辅导员之“导”功能;最后,立足身份维度,深刻把握辅导员之“员”的多重意涵,全力探究辅导员工作的时代内涵和价值意蕴。Strengthening the work of counselors is one of the important issues for the development of the current society and colleges.The research on the work of counselors in the new era needs not only indepth promotion,but also strategic reconstruction and integration research.As college counselors,first of all,we should fully understand the profound connotation of “auxiliary” of counselors,and constantly promote the efficient play of its “auxiliary” role.Secondly,on the basis of a deep understanding of the “auxiliary”function of the counselors,the “guide” function of the counselors is effectively mastered.Finally,based on the dimension of identity,the author deeply grasps the multiple meanings of “member” of the counselors,and tries to explore the times connotation and value of the counselor' work.
