网络低价倾销的危害及治理研究

摘　　要：网络低价倾销是一种不正当价格竞争行为。从学理上看,网络低价倾销主要存在4个方面危害:破坏市场竞争秩序,损害消费者长远利益,扭曲社会资源配置,破坏整体市场稳定。网络社区团购个案分析,进一步验证了网络低价倾销的危害性。提出治理网络低价倾销的4点对策:健全行业竞争机制、明确低价竞争认定标准、完善价格法律法规以及树立良好市场道德观念。Online low-price dumping is a kind of unfair price competition behavior.From a scientific point of view,the harm of online low-price dumping mainly has four aspects:destroying the order of market competition,harming consumers’long-term interests,distorting social resource allocation,and damaging overall market stability.The case study of online community group purchases further validates the harm of online low-price dumping.This paper puts forwardfour steps to counter online low-price dumping:enhancing the industry competition mechanism,clarifying the standards of low-price competition,improving the price laws and regulations,and establishing a good market moral concept.
