天津市青少年生涯适应力的调查与建议

摘　　要：青少年的生涯适应力发展的好坏,不仅关系到青少年的健康成长,也关系到家庭的和谐与我国未来社会的发展。为了了解青少年生涯适应力的现状,课题组对1127名初中和高中学生进行了调查。结果表明:青少年的生涯适应力存在学校类型差异、年级差异、性别差异、居住地差异、父母教育程度差异、家庭收入差异、子女类型差异、家庭类型差异、生活满意度差异。建议从开设专家讲座、开设生涯团体辅导活动课、个别咨询以及家庭、学校和社会协调配合等几个方面提升青少年的生涯适应力。The development of adolescent career adaptability is not only related to the healthy growth of adolescents,but also related to the harmony of families and the development of China’s future society.In order to understand the current situation of adolescent career adaptability,the research group surveyed 1,127 junior and senior high school students.The results show that there are differences in school type,grade,gender,residence,parents’education level,family income,children’s type,family type and life satisfaction in adolescent career adaptability.It is suggested to improve adolescent career adaptability from the aspects of expert lectures,career group counseling classes,individual consultation,and coordination among family,school and society.
