摘  要:目的探讨网络自主学习平台结合案例教学在全科医学教学中的运用效果。方法选取2020年10月—2022年9月新疆医科大学第七附属医院的40名全科医学生,根据不同教学方法将其分为常规教学组(2020年10月—2021年9月)和结合教学组(2021年10月—2022年9月),每组20名。常规教学组采用常规教学法,结合教学组采用网络自主学习平台结合案例教学法。对比两组医学生的考核成绩(理论知识、实践操作、病案书写、临床思维)、学习效果(学习兴趣、自主学习、实践操作、团队协作、资料查阅、临床思维)、个人综合能力(自学、交流、表达、理解、解决问题)、岗位胜任能力(理论、技能、管理、教学)、教学质量(态度、内容、方法、效果)以及教学满意度。结果结合教学组的考核成绩、学习效果评分、个人综合能力评分、岗位胜任能力评分、教学质量评分高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结合教学组的教学满意度高于常规教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论网络自主学习平台结合案例教学在全科医学教学中的运用效果较好,可明显提高医学生的考核成绩、学习效果、个人综合能力、岗位胜任能力,且能提高教学质量与教学满意度,值得推广、运用。Objective To explore the effect of using online independent learning platform combined with case teaching in the teaching of general medicine.Methods 40 general medicine students from October 2020 to September 2022 in the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected and divided into the conventional teaching group(October 2020 to September 2021)and combined teaching group(October 2021 to September 2022)according to different teaching methods,with 20 students in each group.The conventional teaching group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the combined teaching group adopted the online independent learning platform combined with the case teaching method to compare the assessment results(theoretical knowledge,practical operation,case writing,clinical thinking),learning effects(learning interest,independent learning,practical operation,teamwork,data review,clinicalthinking),personal comprehensive ability(self-learning,communication,expression,understanding,problem solving),job quality(Theory,skill,management,teaching),teaching quality(attitude,content,method,effect),and teaching satisfaction of the medical students in the two groups.Results The assessment scores,learning effect scores,personal comprehensive ability scores,competence scores,teaching quality scores of the combined teaching group were higher than those of the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the combined teaching group was higher than that of the conventional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of web-based independent learning platform combined with case teaching in general medicine teaching is effective and can significantly improve medical students'assessment results,learning effect,personal comprehensive ability and job competence,and improve teaching quality and teaching satisfaction,so it is worth promoting and using.
