摘 要:目的:探讨不同教学模式在白血病教学中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年7月苏州大学附属第一医院血液内科医学院本科生110名为观察对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各55名。观察组给予以问题为主导的可视化教学,对照组给予常规教学法。比较两组医学生考核成绩、教学质量、知识掌握程度。结果:观察组实践操作、理论知识考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组学习兴趣、积极主动性、动手能力、沟通能力、资料查阅、团队意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组提高临床实践能力、掌握理论知识、提高学习积极性、提高分析与解决问题能力、临床思维能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:以问题为主导的可视化教学能提高白血病教学质量,可提升医学生考核成绩及知识掌握程度。Objective:To explore the application value of different teaching models in teaching of leukemia.Methods:A total of one hundred and ten undergraduate students of the School of Medicine,Department of Hematology,the First Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University from March 2020 to July 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group,with 55 in each group,using the random number method.The observation group was given problem-oriented visualization teaching and the control group was given conventional teaching method.The assessment scores,teaching quality,and knowledge mastery of medical students in the two groups were compared.Results:The assessment scores of practical operation and theoretical knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of learning interest,initiative,hands-on ability,communication ability,data review,and team consciousness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of improving clinical practice ability,mastering theoretical knowledge,improving learning enthusiasm,improving analysis and problem solving ability,clinical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Problem-oriented visualization teaching can improve the teaching quality in leukemia,and can enhance the assessment scores and knowledge mastery of medical students.
