摘 要:美食旅游联结了美食生产消费与游客体验,既拓宽了旅游者的体验内容与成效,又为目的地的发展注入了新的动力。与美食旅游的国际研究相比,国内学界尚未充分重视美食旅游,理论研究也相对滞后,无法有效指导国内的美食旅游产业发展。鉴于此,通过梳理美食与旅游、美食旅游者、美食旅游目的地与美食旅游营销四大主题,探讨美食旅游研究的国际进展。从美食旅游的概念内涵、研究视角、研究方法与研究内容方面展开评述,并基于现实问题、交叉视角以及政策导向等提出了国内美食旅游研究的未来展望。Food tourism connects food production and consumption with the tourists’experiences,broadening both the content and effectiveness of the tourists’experiences and giving new impetuses to the development of the destination.Compared with the international research on food tourism,the domestic academia has not paid enough attention to food tourism,and the theoretical research is relatively backward,unable to effectively guide the development of the domestic food tourism industry.In view of this,the international progress of food tourism research was discussed by sorting out four major themes:food and tourism,food tourist,food tourism destination and food tourism marketing.The conceptual connotation of food tourism,research perspective,research method and research content were reviewed.The enlightenment to the research of domestic food tourism based on practical problems,cross-perspective and policy guidance were put forward.
