摘　　要：服务乡村振兴战略是高职院校的职责使命。高职院校必须树立系统思维,全面把握乡村振兴对农民素质提升和各类人才的需求,坚持育训并举,构建多层次、多规格人才培养体系,实现人才培养与农业农村经济发展的有机结合,源源不断地为乡村振兴提供人才支持与服务。It is the duty and mission of higher vocational colleges to serve the strategy of rural revitalization.Higher vocational colleges must establish a systematic thinking,fully grasp the needs of rural vitalization for the improvement of farmers’quality and various talents,adhere to the combination of education and training,build a multi-level and multi-specification talent training system,realize the organic combination of talent training and agricultural and rural economic development,and continuously provide talent support and services for rural vitalization.
