摘 要:理工类院校文科教师存在的现实困境包括学校评价制度未能很好地契合文科教师的工作特点,文科教师科研团队薄弱、创新不足,文科教师实践能力不强、社会实践机会偏少等方面。新文科建设给理工类院校的文科教师带来了良好的发展机遇。新文科建设推动了高校的内部改革,文科教师得到更多的支持和更科学的评价。新文科建设中增加了学科交叉和融合,扩大了文科教师团队合作的机会。新文科与社会联系更密切,拓宽了文科教师的学术发展空间。The realistic predicament of liberal arts teachers in science and engineering colleges include that the school evaluation system does not conform to the work characteristics of liberal arts teachers,the scientific research team of liberal arts teachers is weak and lacks innovation,and iberal arts teachers have weak practical ability and few opportunities for social practice.The construction of new liberal arts has brought good opportunities for the development of liberal arts teachers in science and engineering colleges.The construction of new liberal arts has promoted the internal reform of colleges and universities,so liberal arts teachers have received more support and more scientific evaluation.The construction of new liberal arts has increased the interdisciplinary work and expanded the opportunities for liberal arts teachers to work in teams.The new liberal arts are more closely connected with the society,which broadens the academic development space of liberal arts teachers.
