高职院校课程思政建设中辅导员角色定位与实现机制探究

摘　　要：课程思政作为当前高校思想政治教育工作的全新样态,是落实“立德树人”根本任务、推进“三全育人”综合改革、培育“时代新人”的重要举措。辅导员作为育人的重要力量,在高职院校课程思政建设中应扮演好“积极践行者、主动协同者和坚定推动者”三种角色。为了促进三种角色的实现,既要增强辅导员课程思政的思想与行动自觉,锤炼基本功,也需要在学校层面健全运行机制。As a new form of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,course ideological and political education is an important measure to carry out the fundamental task of“cultivating morality and educating people”,to promote the comprehensive reform of“3-wide education”and to cultivate“new people of the era”.As an important force for educating people,counselors should play three roles in the course ideological and political education construction of higher vocational colleges:active practitioner,active collaborator and firm promoter.To promote the realization of the three roles,it is necessary not only to enhance the consciousness of thought and action of counselors,to exercise the basic skills,but also to improve the operating mechanism at the school level.
