高校学生党支部建设现状与质量提升策略研究

摘　　要：高校学生党支部作为高校开展思想政治教育的重要阵地,关系到高校党的建设深入推进和立德树人根本任务的落实。该研究以浙江省某高校学生党支部为研究对象,通过问卷调查明确当前高校学生党支部建设在党务工作队伍素质、党建活动质量、党员队伍教育管理及考评机制等方面还存在薄弱环节。结合已开展的学生党支部建设实践,要进一步提升党支部建设质量,应从积极构建学生党支部建设理论和实践体系、完善党建工作机制出发,从完善制度建设、教育培训、平台建设等措施出发,提升党建工作实效。The student Party branch is related to the promotion of Party building and the implementation of higher education as an important position for ideological and political education in colleges.The study conducts a survey which takes the college student Party branch in Zhejiang Province as the object.It is obvious that there are still deficiencies in the current construction of the college student Party branch,such as the quality of the work teams,the quality of activities,the education and management of party members,and the evaluation mechanism.The construction of the theory and practice system of the student Party branch and the improvement of the working mechanism are required.Combined with the practice of student party branch construction,in order to further improve the quality of party branch construction,we should actively build the theoretical and practical system of student Party branch construction,improve the working mechanism of party construction,and improve the effectiveness of party building work from the measures of perfecting system construction,education and training,platform construction,etc.
