摘  要:以厚垣镰孢霉为菌种,以甘蔗渣为原料,采用固态发酵的方法,对过60目、80目、100目、120目筛子的甘蔗渣进行磷酸、磷酸加微波、磷酸加微波加蒸汽爆破处理的甘蔗渣粉末进行发酵。实验结果分析得:以过100目筛子并经磷酸/微波/蒸汽爆破处理后的甘蔗渣为碳源发酵所得滤纸酶活最高可达3.98 U/mL。所有经过预处理过的甘蔗渣较未经处理过的甘蔗渣发酵所得酶活均有提高。滤纸酶活力由原来的1.23 U/mL提高到3.98 U/mL,提高了223%。同种处理方法方法下不同目数的甘蔗渣发酵下,纤维素酶从高到低排列:100目>80目>120目>60目。Using Fusarium chlamydosporum as strain and sugarcane bagasse as raw material,the method of solid-state fermentation was used to conduct phosphoric acid,phosphoric acid plus microwave,phosphoric acid on sugarcane bagasse that passed through 60 mesh,80 mesh,100 mesh and 120 mesh sieves.Fermentation is carried out by adding microwave and steam explosion treated bagasse powder.The experimental results showed that the enzyme activity of the filter paper obtained by fermenting the bagasse after passing through a 100-mesh sieve and treated with phosphoric acid/microwave/steam explosion as the carbon source could reach 3.98 U/mL.All the pretreated bagasses had higher enzymatic activities than untreated bagasses.The enzyme activity of filter paper increased from 1.23 U/mL to 3.98 U/mL,an increase of 223%.Under the same treatment method,under the fermentation of bagasse with different mesh numbers,cellulase was arranged from high to low:100 mesh>80 mesh>120 mesh>60 mesh.
