摘　　要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确指出,要“打造一批集实践教学、社会培训、企业真实生产和社会技术服务于一体的高水平职业教育培训基地”,打造高水平专业化实训基地成为高职院校的一项重要任务。产教融合实训基地具有精准对接高端产业、实现政校企多方联合、集教学培训和社会服务功能于一体的优势,高职院校应以此为契机,从打造校企命运共同体、建立“双师型”团队培养机制、将实训基地打造成职业技能竞赛场地三方面入手,打造符合时代需求的高水平专业化实训基地,为复合型高端人才培养提供硬件基础。The Implementation Plan for National Vocational Education Reform points out that higher vocational colleges should build a group of high-level training bases for vocational education integrated into practical teaching, social training, actual production situation in enterprises, and social technical services. Therefore, setting up the high-level and specialized training bases has become an important task for higher vocational colleges. At present, the industry-education integration training bases have the advantages of accurately jointing the high-end industries, realizing the combination among the government, colleges and enterprises, and integrating the teaching training into social services. Higher vocational colleges should take these opportunities to build the college-enterprise integration platform, set up the cultivation mechanism for “double-certificate” teaching groups, and make the training bases become the competition fields of vocational skill, so as to establish the high-level and specialized training bases which meet the needs of the times and provide convenience for the all-round development of talent cultivation.
