洛赛克与内镜下止血联合治疗急诊消化内科上消化道出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析注射用奥美拉唑钠(商品名:洛赛克)与内镜下止血联合治疗急诊消化内科上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法82例上消化道出血患者,依据随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用洛赛克与内镜下止血联合治疗。对比两组治疗效果及临床相关指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.12%高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出血时间(2.05±1.28)d、止血时间(0.91±0.41)d、住院时间(7.16±1.23)d均短于对照组的(4.49±2.53)、(1.74±0.51)、(10.53±1.64)d,住院费用(1.87±0.33)万元少于对照组的(2.48±0.61)万元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对上消化道出血患者予以内镜下止血及洛赛克联合治疗,能发挥更为理想的止血作用,促进患者机体尽快恢复,值得临床采纳应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of combined omeprazole sodium for injection(trade name:Losec)combined with endoscopic hemostasis in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in emergency department of gastroenterology.Methods A total of 82 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into control group and observation group according to the random lottery method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the combination of Losec and endoscopic hemostasis on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and clinical related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding time(2.05±1.28)d,hemostasis time(0.91±0.41)d and hospitalization time(7.16±1.23)d in the observation group were shorter than(4.49±2.53),(1.74±0.51)and(10.53±1.64)d in the control group;the hospitalization cost(1.87±0.33)ten thousand yuan in the observation group was less than(2.48±0.61)ten thousand yuan in the control group;all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of endoscopic hemostasis and Losec in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can play a more ideal role in hemostasis and promote the recovery of the patients as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical adoption and implementation.
