摘 要:目的 调查河北省三级甲等医院低年资护士的心理状态与实施护理人文关怀能力之间的关系。方法 采用整群抽样的方法,选取河北省4所三级甲等医院临床低年资护理人员,选用人文关怀能力量表、情绪智力量表和职业倦怠量表进行综合测评,共回收有效问卷249份,有效回收率为83.56%。结果 临床低年资护士人文关怀能力总分(193.60±23.32)分高于国内常模(191.04±19.49)分、低于国外常模(211.58±20.52)分。河北省三甲医院临床低年资护士的情绪智力总均分与江苏常模接近,低年资护士感知他人情绪均分、运用情绪均分高于江苏常模(均P<0.01),感知情绪均分低于江苏常模(P<0.01)。低年资护士职业怠倦与M式常模比较,低年资护士职业怠倦情绪枯竭、去人格化维度得分高于M式常模(P<0.05),个人成就感维度高于M式常模(P<0.01)。低年资护士的人文关怀能力总分与情绪智力总分呈正相关(P<0.001);与情绪智力各维度(情绪知觉、自我情绪管理、他人情绪管理、情绪利用)得分也呈正相关(P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.001、P<0.01);人文关怀能力总分与职业怠倦中的自我成就感呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析情绪智力和职业怠倦为低年资护理人员实施护理人文关怀能力的影响因素(P<0.001),两项共同解释了总变异的22.2%。结论 本研究的低年资护士人文关怀能力偏低、情绪智力中等、职业疲倦感高,护理管理者在新冠疫情期间要关注护士的情绪变化,调整管理方式。Objective To investigate correlations between the mental state of low seniority nurses and humanistic care ability for nursing of GradeⅢLevel A hospitals in Hebei Province.Methods The cluster sampling method was applied to select clinical low seniority nurses from 4 GradeⅢLevel A hospitals in Hebei Province.The Care Ability Inventory(CAI),Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS)and Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey(MB-GS)were used for comprehensive evaluation,and a total of 249 valid questionnaires with an effective recovery rate of 83.56%was collected.Results The total score of CAI of clinical low seniority nurses(193.60±23.32)was higher than that of domestic normal(191.04±19.49)and lower than that of foreign normal(211.58±20.52).The total average score of EIS of clinical low seniority nurses from GradeⅢLevel A hospitals in Hebei Province was close to that of norm in Jiangsu,the average score of perceiving others’emotion and utilizing emotion of low seniority nurses were higher than that of norm in Jiangsu(all P<0.01),and the average score of perceiving emotion was lower than that of norm in Jiangsu(P<0.01).Compared with Type M norm,the scores of MBI-GS of low seniority nurses in emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were higher than Type M norm(P<0.05),and the dimension of personal achievement was higher than Type M norm(P<0.01).The total score of CAI of low seniority nurses was positively correlated with the total scores of EIS(P<0.001),and it was also positively correlated with the scores of all dimensions of emotional intelligence(emotion perception,self-emotion management,emotional management of others,utilization of emotion)(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.01).The total score of CAI was positively correlated with the sense of self-achievement in MB-GS(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence and professional burnout were the factors of nursing humanistic care ability of low seniority nurses(P<0.001),such two items were jointly responsible for 22.2%of the tota
