摘　　要：“1+X”证书制度是我国职业教育类型发展的重大改革与创新,“1+X”证书制度实施两年多以来,取得了大量试点经验,但对试点院校来说毕竟还是新生事物,在“1+X”证书制度推进过程中不可避免地也遇到了很多问题,如试点院校和培训评价组织的职责不明确、学生对“X”认识不足、现有人才培养方案中证书培训内容融入不足等。该文针对这些问题提出明确主体责任、鼓励企业参与和深化“三教”改革提出等解决措施。The "1+X" certificate system is a major reform and innovation in the development of vocational education types in China. Since the implementation of the "1+X" certificate system for more than two years, a lot of pilot experience has been obtained, but it is still a new thing for the pilot colleges and universities. In the process of promoting the "1+X" certificate system, there are inevitably many problems: unclear responsibilities of the pilot colleges and training evaluation organizations, insufficient students’ understanding of "X", insufficient integration of certificate training content in the existing talent training program, etc. In view of these problems, combined with clarifying the main responsibility, encouraging enterprises to participate and deepening the reform of "Three Education",this paper puts forward the solutions to these problems.
