摘  要:良好的职业教育能够让残疾学生学会基本的生存技能,这对学生自身成长、家庭减负以及社会和谐都发挥着重要作用。文章使用问卷和访谈对安徽省37所特殊教育学校进行调查,发现当前特殊职业教育在师资队伍、课程设置及教学安排等问题上存在不足,提出强化顶层设计、完善课程设置及评价模式、加强师资队伍建设等策略,以提高职业教育水平、促进残疾学生顺利通过转衔实现就业。Good vocational education can enable students with disabilities to learn basic survival skills,which plays an important role in their own growth,family burden reduction and social harmony.The development of special vocational education in Anhui province has not yet mature.This article uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate 37 special education schools in the province,and finds that there are shortcomings in the current special vocational education in the problems of teaching staff,curriculum setting and teaching arrangement,and puts forward strategies such as strengthening the top-level design,improving the curriculum setting and evaluation mode,and strengthening the construction of teaching staff.Through these to improve the level of vocational education,so that students with disabilities successfully through the transfer to achieve employment.
