摘  要:深入分析大学生课程成绩和毕业去向,对优化培养方案和教学内容、指导学生规划学业和毕业去向具有重要意义。首先提出了一种基于多属性排名的课程成绩可视分析方法,设计了与热力图和条形图联动的箱型图,用于展示学生各门课程成绩的排名情况;其次设计了一种基于多维度统计的毕业去向可视分析方法,支持从性别、生源地和政治面貌等多个维度来分析影响毕业去向的因素;然后提出了一种用于挖掘毕业去向与课程成绩之间关联规则的改进FP-Growth算法和基于桑基图的可视分析方法,支持探索两者之间的隐含关联关系;最后设计并实现了一个高校本科生课程成绩与毕业去向可视分析系统CAGDvis,支持用户对大规模学业数据集进行交互式分析与探索。以某高校2012~2016级5个专业的本科生学业数据为例,对所建系统进行了案例研究和用户测评,应用和测评结果说明了所提方法的有效性。It is important to deeply analyze the course achievements and graduation destinations of college students to optimize the course system and course content,and guide students to plan their studies and graduation destinations.Firstly,a visual analysis method of course achievements based on multi-attribute ranking was proposed,and a boxplot linked with heatmap and bar chart was designed to show the ranking of students’grades in each course.Secondly,a visual analysis method of graduation destinations based on multi-dimensional statistics was designed to support the analysis of factors affecting graduation destinations from multiple dimensions such as gender,place of origin and political appearance.Then an improved FP-Growth algorithm for mining association rules between graduation destinations and course achievements and a visual analysis method based on Sankey charts were proposed to support the exploration of the implicit association between the two.Finally,a visual analysis system for undergraduate course achievements and graduate destinations,CAGDvis,was designed and implemented for supporting users to interactively analyze and explore large-scale academic datasets.A case study and user evaluation of this system were conducted using academic data of undergraduate students in five majors enrolled from 2012 to 2016 at a university,and the application and evaluation results illustrated the effectiveness of this method.
