摘 要:目的:研究清溪花鳖肽的体内外抗氧化活性。方法:测定清溪花鳖肽体外对DPPH、·OH和·O_(2)^(-)自由基的清除作用。建立D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠,灌胃给予清溪花鳖肽,测定小鼠血浆和肝脏中的MDA(丙二醛)含量、CAT(过氧化氢酶)、T-SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)和GSH-Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)的活力,研究清溪花鳖肽体内抗氧化活性。结果:清溪花鳖肽对DPPH、·OH和·O2-自由基的清除能力较强,IC50分别为2.45 mg/mL,4.36 mg/mL和6.95 mg/mL。而且,清溪花鳖肽能明显降低造模小鼠肝脏与血浆中MDA的含量,并可以切实提高CAT、SOD与GSH-Px活力。结论:清溪花鳖肽有很好的体内外抗氧化活性。Objective:To study the antioxidant activity of Qingxi turtle peptide in vivo and in vitro. Methods:the scavenging effects of Qingxi turtle peptide on DPPH,·OH and · O2-free radicals in vitro were determined. The aging model mice induced by D-galactose were established. Qingxi turtle peptide was given by gavage. The contents of MDA(malondialdehyde),cat(catalase),T-SOD(superoxide dismutase)and GSH-PX(glutathione peroxidase)in plasma and liver were measured to study the antioxidant activity of Qingxi turtle peptide in vivo. Results:Qingxi soft shelled turtle peptide had strong scavenging ability for DPPH,·OH and · O2-free radicals. The IC50were 2.45 mg/mL,4.36 mg/mL and 6.95 mg/mL respectively. Moreover,the Qingxi turtle peptide can significantly reduce the content of MDA in the liver and plasma of the model mice,and can effectively improve the activities of CAT,SOD and GSHPx. Conclusion:Qingxi turtle peptide has good antioxidant activity in vivo and in vitro.
