摘 要:如何通过人才引进制度创新,建立满足医院人才需求及队伍建设发展的人才引进及管理办法,提高岗位的吸引力,从而精准引进更多“高、尖、缺”高层次人才,是山西省属公立医院当前必须要解决的问题。本文通过介绍山西省麻醉科进行人才引进的背景环境,分析近年来山西省麻醉高层次人才引进过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上,探讨如何更好地引进外来人才和如何创新发展,并提出相应的策略,以促进山西省麻醉科的发展。How to establish talent introduction and management methods to meet hospital talent demand and team construction and development through talent introduction system innovation in public hospitals in Shanxi Province,improve the attractiveness of positions,so as to accurately introduce more high-level talents of"high,top and short"level is a problem that must be solved by public hospitals at present.This article introduces the background environment of the introduction of talents in the Department of Anesthesiology of Shanxi Province,analyzes the problems existing in the introduction of high-level anesthesia talents in Shanxi Province in recent years,and on this basis,discusses how to better introduce foreign talents and how to put forward corresponding strategies for innovative development,so as to promote the development of the Department of Anesthesiology of Shanxi Province.
