摘　　要：英国大学自20世纪初开始发展博士教育,在博士教育方面不断进行改革和探索。帝国理工学院作为世界一流大学和英国著名高校,设置融合型博士培养模式,在博士教育中突出“融合”优势,强化协同培养、跨学科课程设计、国际化能力、可转移技术培训等诸多元素的整合。融合型博士培养模式的产生有着其特定的背景,在招生要求、培养目标和课程设置及质量保障方面形成鲜明的特色,取得一定成效。帝国理工学院融合型博士培养的成功经验对于我国高校在“双一流”建设进程中,如何创新博士培养模式,推进博士生的跨学科培养,提升博士教育的国际化水平和博士教育质量具有一定的借鉴意义。Since Ph.D.education was started in the UK at the beginning of the 20th century,UK universities have been reforming continuously to improve the quality of Ph.D.education.The Imperial College London as one of the world's first-class universities has founded its Integrated Ph.D.Center and featured the Ph.D.education in the collaboration,integrated multi-disciplinary curriculum,and also the training of transferrable skills and in-ternationalization.The successful experience of Ph.D.Education at Imperial College Lon-don has provided significant enlightenment and inspiration to our universities such as how to innovate the Ph.D.Education models,cultivation of Ph.D.students in cross-discipline ar-eas,and improvement of the Ph.D.education quality.
