摘 要:目的 探讨客观结构化临床考核(OSCE)在高职护理专业基础护理学课程中的应用效果。方法 在2020级护理专业ICU方向护生中实施OSCE。分析学生OSCE成绩及其实施效果。结果 护生急救护理、基础护理成绩较好,普遍对OSCE实施效果给予了肯定。结论 OSCE能客观、科学地评价护生实践操作能力,激发护生学习潜能和主动性,还有利于培养护生岗位核心能力,提高教师专业能力和教学水平。Objective To explore the practical effect of Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)for fundamental nursing course of nursing in vocational colleges.Methods OSCE was implemented in nursing students of the ICU in the class of 2020,and the students′OSCE scores and their implemented effect were analyzed.Results Nursing students had good results in emergency care and basic care and were generally positive about the effect of OSCE implementation.Conclusion OSCE could objectively and scientifically evaluate nursing students′practical operation ability,stimulated their learning potential and initiative,and also helped to cultivate nursing students′core ability and improved the professional ability and teaching level of teachers.
