摘  要:在本科临床医学外科教学章节中,创伤骨科是骨科的重要内容。该章节主要讲解全身各处骨骼的解剖基础、骨折移位方向、损伤机制和治疗方案。每个部位骨折的损伤机制、分型、移位方向和治疗方案都是教学的重点及难点。医学图像软件具有多角度多模式重现人体结构的优势,已被广泛应用于各层次的医学教育中。最常用于辅助教学的两种医学图像软件为3Dbody和Mimics。本文探讨两种医学图像软件在创伤骨科临床教学中的具体应用、实践效果、优势和不足之处。Traumatic orthopedics is an important part of orthopedics in the teaching chapter of undergraduate clinical medicine surgery.This chapter mainly explains the anatomical basis,fracture displacement direction,injury mechanism and treatment plan of bones throughout the body.The injury mechanism,classification,displacement direction and treatment plan of fractures in each part are the focus and difficulty of teaching.Medical image software has the advantage of multi-angle and multi-mode reproduction of human body structure,and has been widely used in medical education at all levels.The two most commonly used medical image software for auxiliary teaching are 3Dbody and Mimics.This paper discusses the specific application,practical effect,advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of medical image software in clinical teaching of trauma orthopedics.
