摘  要:为贯彻落实党的二十大精神,加快培养高素质干部教师队伍,首都干部教师培训机构需探索建构新时代干部教师高质量培训体系的“三纵三横”新格局,建立自主选学、智慧共享、学习共同体助力的高质量培训新机制。通过提高培训的学术影响力、优化培训者职称体系、提升培训者教学技能水平建设高素质培训者队伍,激发培训新动能;通过深入开展培训理论、培训课程、培训模式、培训质量管理等的研究,建立高质量培训理论体系,全面推动干部教师培训的高质量发展。In order to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and speed up the training of high-quality cadres and teachers,the capital cadres and teachers training institutions need to explore a new pattern of the"three-vertical-and-three-horizontal"high-quality training system for cadres and teachers in the new era,and establish a new high-quality training mechanism of self-selected learning,wisdom sharing and learning community supporting.It is necessary to build a high-quality training team and stimulate the new momentum for training by improving the academic influence of training,optimizing the professional title system of trainers,and improving the teaching skill level of trainers.Based on the in-depth research on training theory,training courses,training models,and training quality management,the theoretical system of high-quality training should be established to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of cadres and teachers training.
