摘 要:教育高质量发展对中小学教学管理提出了新的要求。基于教育高质量发展的中小学教学管理的核心思路是系统综合性的整体协调,目标定位是“成人”导向的价值旨归,行动内容是创新促动中的秩序建构,关键突破在于观照与回应师生群体之中的差异,并建立放权赋能长效机制。中小学校应通过构建协同育人体系、深度学习体系、专业发展体系、技术支持体系等路径,推进指向高质量发展的中小学教学管理。The high-quality development of education has put forward new requirements for the teaching management of primary and secondary schools.The core idea of the teaching management of primary and secondary schools based on the high-quality development of education is the systematic and comprehensive overall coordination,the goal orientation is the"to-be-a-man"value orientation,the action content is the order construction in the innovation promoting,the key breakthrough lies in observing and responding to the differences between teachers and students,and establishing a long-term mechanism of decentralization and empowerment.Primary and secondary schools should promote teaching management oriented towards high-quality development by establishing collaborative education system,in-depth learning system,professional development system and technical support system.
