摘 要:刺梨果渣中的木质纤维是由木质素与纤维素形成相互交联的致密结构,自然降解周期长、难度大。而通过平菇和红平菇的生物降解作用,不仅能处理这一难题,还能形成循环的生态产业链。分别以外标法和分光光度法测定平菇与红平菇在生长过程中酶活性值的变化,以范式洗涤纤维法测定不同阶段的底物含量变化,初步探究2种食用菌对刺梨果渣木质纤维的降解规律。结果显示,平菇胞外纤维素酶在出菇蕾时达到峰值,红平菇胞外木质素降解酶在菌丝长满时达到峰值,2种食用菌对刺梨果渣木质纤维中不同成分的降解强度均为半纤维素>纤维素>木质素。平菇与红平菇可初步降解刺梨果渣,故可利用刺梨果渣的部分有机质作为其生长原料,同时改变了降解前刺梨果渣的空间结构。Since lignin and cellulose form a dense structure of mutual cross-links,a amount of wood fiber in the Rosa roxburghii Tratt.pomace need to be degraded for a long time,difficulty.The biodegradation of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus rhodophyllus can not only solve the problem,but also form a circular ecological industrial chain.The changes of enzyme activity values of P.ostreatus and P.rhodophyllus during the growth process were determined by external standard methodand spectrophotometry,and the changes of substrate content at different stages were determined by the paradigm washing fiber method.The law of the wood fiber degraded by two edible fungi was explored preliminarily.The activity of extracellular cellulase of P.ostreatus reaches the peak at the button phase,and the activity of extracellular lignin-degraded enzyme of P.rhodophyllu sreached the peak when the mycelium grew densely.The degradation intensity of the two edible fungi on the composition of the wood fiber of R.roxburghii pomace was hemicellulose>cellulose>lignin.P.ostreatus and P.rhodophyllus can be used for preliminary degradation of R.roxburghii pomace,parts of the organic matter of R.roxburghii pomace can used as the raw material for their growth,and the spatial structure of R.roxburghii pomace will be changed before degraded.
