摘 要:葡萄酒和黄酒作为保健饮品十分迎合当前社会的消费理念,其产量日益增加,随之而来的是废水、废渣的逐渐增加。为避免对这些废弃物处理不当而造成资源浪费和环境污染,介绍了葡萄酒、黄酒工业废水的来源及组成,分析了其水量水质特征,总结了其处理工艺,并探讨了葡萄酒、黄酒工业副产废渣的资源化利用技术,以期为葡萄酒、黄酒行业的可持续发展提供参考。As a health drink,Wine and yellow rice wine meet the current social consumption coneept,with its increasing output,wastewater and waste residue gradually inereased.In order to avoid waste of resources and env ironmental pollution ceaused by improper use of these waste treatment,the source and composition of wastewater from wine and yellow rice wine industry were introduced,the characteristics of water quantity and quality were analyzed,and the treatment processes were summarized,the utilization technology of by-product residue from wine and yellow rice wine industry was discussed,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of wine and yellow rice wine industry.
