摘 要:学分银行是一种模拟银行特点的教育管理方式,其学习成果认证存储、学分积累转换对成人教育的实施和发展具有很好的推动作用。目前,有关学分银行制度的政策引领与框架规划已经越来越清晰、全面,学分银行制度有助于满足人们对学历提升和终身学习的需求。在成人教育实践中,学分银行对优化教学管理、学分转换、成果应用渗透了一种新的变革力量。以成人教育为参照,探析学分银行在成人教育实践中的作用,以及学分转换瓶颈及突破的对策。Credit bank is a kind of educational management mode which simulates the characteristics of bank.Its learning achievement certification and storage,credit accumulation and conversion play a very good role in promoting the implementation and development of adult education.At present,the policy guidance and framework planning of the credit bank system have become more and more clear and comprehensive.Through the credit bank system,people’s demand for academic qualification improvement and lifelong learning can be met.In the practice of adult education,credit bank has permeated a new transformative force to optimize teaching management,credit transfer and application of achievements.This paper takes adult higher education as a reference,and analyzes the role of credit bank in adult education practice,as well as the bottleneck of credit transfer and the breakthrough countermeasures.
