摘  要:随着高等教育改革的持续推进,校企协同人才培养已经成为新时代高等教育改革的主要方向。在新工科背景下,对学校人才培养提出了更加严格的要求,建立产教融合的校企协同育人机制是适应新一轮产业变革的必要前提。校企“双主体”育人模式能够充分发挥学校与企业在全过程育人中的优势,体现校企双方在人才培养中的地位,保障人才培养质量。以武汉理工大学学校船舶与海洋工程专业本科教学为例,对新工科建设与校企协同育人模式背景进行分析,提出了新工科背景下校企协同育人模式的实践途径,以期为本专业人才培养提供可靠的依据。With the continuous advancement of higher education reform,school-enterprise collaborative talent training has become the main direction of higher education reform in the new era.Under the background of new engineering,more strict requirements are put forward for the training of talents.The establishment of schoolenterprise cooperative education mechanism integrating industry and education is a necessary prerequisite for adapting to the new round of industrial reform.The school-enterprise dual subject education mode can give full play to the advantages of schools and enterprises in the whole process of education,reflect the position of both schools and enterprises in talent training,and guarantee the quality of talent training.Taking the undergraduate teaching of shipbuilding and ocean engineering of our university as an example,this paper analyzes the background of the new engineering construction and school-enterprise cooperative education mode,and puts forward the practical approach of the school-enterprise cooperative education mode under the background of new engineering,so as to provide a reliable basis for the talent training of this major.
