摘 要:研究采用《大学生专业情境状况调查问卷》和《小学教育专业认同感量表》对254名小学教育专业本科生进行调查。调查数据分析表明:小学教育专业学生的专业认同感处于中等偏上水平,其中大二学生的专业认同感最低;高考自主选择小学教育专业的学生具有更高的专业认同感;小学教育专业学生专业具体情境构成要素中的专业价值、学习环境和培养目标能正向预测专业认同感。受上述结论的启发,高校可以采取以下措施强化学生的专业认同:善于创设专业情境,提升专业吸引力;加强专业价值教育,强化价值引领功能;优化学习环境,提高学生专业学习质量;科学定位培养目标,不断完善培养方案。The research explores present situation of professional identity of undergraduates in primary education,and it explores the relationship between professional identity and professional context.The present study adopts the scale of elementary education sense of identity and the scale of college students’professional context to survey 254 Primary Education students.The study found that the level of professional identity of undergraduates in primary education major was at a moderately high level.Sophomores had the lowest level of professional identity among the three grades.The group of college entrance examination’s independent choice is higher than any other group.According to the results of regression analysis,college students’professional context can predict effectively professional identity;three factors of value,study environment and training goal can be positively predictive of professional identity.Inspired by the above conclusions,we can take the following measures to strengthen students’professional identity:creating professional context to enhance the attraction of majors;strengthening the professional value education and strengthening the value leading function;optimizing the learning environment and improving the quality of students’professional learning;scientifically orienting the training objectives,and constantly improving the training programs.
