党史百年历程中劳动教育资源的价值挖掘与育人实践路径

摘　　要：回溯百年党史,中国共产党先后经历了新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期以及中国特色社会主义新时代。党在不同阶段的奋进历程中,积累了丰富的劳动教育理论与实践经验,为新时代高校劳动教育提供了优质资源。深挖党史中的劳动育人资源,加强劳动育人资源在高校劳动教育中的实践应用,需要持续深化价值属性、加强教学融通、丰富应用载体,为破解当前劳动教育弱化虚化边缘化困境,培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人提供切入点和落脚点。In the centennial history of the CPC,it has successively experienced the period of the new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the struggle at different stages,the Party has accumulated rich labor education theory and practical experience,providing high-quality resources for labor education in colleges and universities in the new era.To dig deep into the resources of labor education in the Party history and strengthen its practical application in the labor education in colleges and universities,we need to continue to deepen the value attribute,strengthen the teaching integration,and enrich the application carrier,so as to avoid the weakening and marginalization of labor education,and provide a starting point and a foothold for training qualified socialist builders and successors.
