摘　　要：职业技能竞赛是职业院校教育教学活动的一种重要形式和有效延伸。在推进“三教”改革的背景下,职业院校应厘清职业技能竞赛与“三教”改革的内涵特征及其关系,推进职业技能竞赛反哺教师专业发展、教材建设、教法创新,优化职业技能竞赛反哺教学的策略。Vocational skill competition is an important form and effective extension of teaching activities in vocational colleges.Vocational colleges should make clear the connotation and characteristics of vocational skills competition and “three teaching” reform as well as the relationship between them,so as to optimize the counter-promotion of vocational skills competition on the professional development of teaching staff,construction of teaching material and innovation of teaching method.
